We don't use wire EDM for crosshead. Our technology extrusion 3d head allows you to produce custom extruded profiles without metal crosshead. This technology makes the process of manufacturing a cast rubber profile cheap and fast.

If you do not have a drawing, we can offer the option of scanning a drawing by photo. To scan rubber profile by photo, send us a similar photo, with a ruler located at the same level as the part.
